CANCELLATIONS
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
A cruise may be cancelled due to inclement weather, mechanical problems or insufficient number of passengers. Notification will be made when possible.
Payment is due at the time of making a reservation. No refunds are available, however with notice BEFORE the catering deadline, or 24 hours in advance for regular public (non-meal) cruises, a reservation can be moved to another date/time within our current season.
Refunds are NOT available for themed/event cruises.
Anyone booking a private charter will get a customized cruise agreement for their specific charter.
Pets are not permitted on board. Properly trained and registered service dogs are welcome with appropriate identification. Please notify us in advance if you will be bringing a service animal.
Under ADA guidelines, a service animal is defined as “a dog that has been individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability.” Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals by the U.S. Coast Guard.
We love pets, but for the safety and comfort of all passengers, only service animals are permitted aboard.
RESERVATIONS
All meal reservations and selections must be ordered a minimum of 48 hours (or prior to listed catering ordering deadline) in advance.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks (with proper ID)

Phone calls are answered as frequently as possible. Please leave us a voicemail message if we cannot answer. We have limited staff during our non-operating season. Our business email is checked multiple times a day year round as well.
